By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies.


1. Eligibility to Sell

To become a seller, you must:

  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your business name, contact details, and payment information.

2. Prohibited Items and Services

Sellers are not allowed to list or sell the following:

3. Listing Requirements

a. Accuracy

  • All listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

b. Compliance

  • Listings must not violate third-party rights.

c. Category Placement

  • Ensure your listings are placed in the correct categories to help buyers find them easily.

d. Inventory Management

  • Maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill orders promptly.
  • Update listings promptly if an item is out of stock.

4. Order Fulfillment

a. Timely Delivery

  • Fulfill orders within the specified timeline.
  • Notify buyers of any delays immediately.

b. Shipping and Handling

  • Use appropriate packaging to ensure items are delivered safely.
  • Provide valid tracking information where applicable.

c. Digital Downloads

  • Ensure downloadable content is functional and accessible immediately upon purchase.

5. Payments and Fees

a. Transaction Fees

  • As of now there are no transaction fees or hidden charges. But Pozted may charge a transaction fee for each sale depending on the product or service. Details of fees will be provided in your seller account.

b. Payouts

  • Payments will be processed to your registered account within 3 business days after the order is marked complete.

6. Communication with Buyers

a. Professional Conduct

  • Respond promptly and professionally to buyer inquiries.
  • Avoid abusive or inappropriate language.

b. Resolving Issues

  • Work directly with buyers to resolve any disputes or issues.
  • Escalate unresolved disputes to Pozted support if necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  1. Violate this policy or other platform rules.
  2. Fail to comply with legal obligations.
  3. Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
